Arrival and Departure Information

Reservation Requirements

All residents must register a the office and complete all registration forms. The resort will not enter into a verbal, written, or implied contract with rental or sublease agreements.
Monthly deposits are due at time of registration ($200.00).
Subletting is strictly prohibited under any and all conditions.
In order to receive a full refund of your reservation deposit, notification of cancellation must be received at least one (1) week prior to scheduled arrival.
Reservations cancelled less than one week before the scheduled check in date will receive a refund or credit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the reservation deposit.
Reservations not cancelled or not redeemed on the scheduled check in date will not receive a refund or credit.
There are no refunds or credits for early departures or holiday weekend reservations.
Check out time is noon. You may be charged for an additional day if you have not vacated the site by noon or made prior arrangement with management. If you wish to extend your current reservation, a 24-hour notice is required.
